Your Guide
A message from Mufida
Assalamu Alaikum,
I created this journal because I know what it feels like to carry too much — to be the strong one for everyone else while quietly falling apart inside.
My healing did not come from pushing harder. It came from returning gently to myself — with honesty, compassion, and faith. Five minutes at a time.
This journal is that practice. Not a to-do list. A quiet, honest space where you meet yourself faithfully, gently, month after month.
With warmth,
Mufida Al Digeil
